About Chase Troxell, NC Real Estate Broker,

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Chase knows the ins and outs of the ever growing triad community. A Forsyth Country Day Alum, Chase continued his higher education at Appalachian State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. 

His education and background in politics and commercial real estate enabled Chase to develop distinct and practical negotiating skills that are aimed at creating the best possible care for his clients. Chase’s interest and appreciation for real estate and development was sparked by assisting his family manage rental properties in various parts of Winston-Salem.

While not at work, you can find Chase residing in the Historic West End neighborhood with his two boxers, Izzy and Jo, enjoying the downtown living that the city has to offer.
